NextSessio provides a booking platform for service providers. We enable scheduling, payments, and customer management.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
We do not warrant uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
