There is no long-term contract. Starter is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Start with a 14-day free trial without entering a card, connect Stripe when you are ready to accept payments, and upgrade to Pro later only if you need upcoming advanced features.
Do you charge a fee per booking?
No. Unlimited bookings are included in your monthly plan. We don't charge per appointment or take a cut of each booking—only the flat subscription and Stripe processing where payments run.

How do customers pay?
Clients can pay for prepaid packages online at purchase, then book using credits without paying again at checkout. For pay-per-visit services, they save a card once and you charge on completion or no-show. All card payments flow through your connected Stripe account.
Can I use this for walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins can redeem a prepaid credit from the dashboard without a prior online appointment. Each redemption can use the same 6-digit verification step so package balances stay accurate when clients skip the booking page.
Where do payments go?
Funds go directly to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. NextSessio does not take a cut of client payments—your subscription is the flat $29/month software fee. Refunds, payouts, and tax reporting stay in your Stripe dashboard.
What's the booking flow like?
Customers visit your public booking link, select a service or package, choose an open slot, and confirm with email and payment details when needed. They receive a 6-digit code for the visit. Returning package clients pick a time and spend one credit—checkout skips payment.
Can I manage multiple staff members?
Multi-staff scheduling is included on Starter. Add team members, map services to each provider, and set per-person hours. Clients book the right chair or practitioner from one branded page while credits and verification stay centralized for the business.
