Can I use this for walk-ins?
Yes. Use the walk-in flow to deduct one credit from a client's prepaid package when they arrive without an online booking. Staff see remaining credits in the dashboard, and each visit can still use a 6-digit verification code so redemptions stay auditable.
Where do payments go?
Payments settle to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect—NextSessio never holds your money. You manage payouts, refunds, and reporting in Stripe. Software is a flat $29/month subscription with 0% NextSessio fee on what clients pay at checkout.
What's the booking flow like?
Clients open your mobile-friendly booking page, choose a service or package, pick an available time, and enter contact details. They receive a confirmation with a 6-digit verification code to show at the visit. Package holders book again with credits—no repeat payment step when redeeming sessions.

Yes. Add staff members, assign services per person, and set individual schedules from one dashboard. Clients can book the right provider on your shared booking link. The availability engine prevents double-booking across your team while package credits stay tied to the customer account.
